The staff made me feel like a VIP and were always eager to assist me. The hotel was well-located and I was able to easily explore the city from there. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the air conditioning worked very well. The breakfast served was quite good and helped start my day on a positive note.

Our New Year's celebration was far from perfect. The lack of tissue paper and wastebasket in the room was a problem.
